To ensure a reservation at the special rate during the event, reservations for the

Overnight/Daily Parking Rate: $20

Conference participants will receive the discounted overnight parking rate on their hotel bill if they booked their reservation within the event room block.

For daily parking, conference participants should swap their parking ticket for a discount parking voucher at the Techno Security Registration counter each day. When exiting the parking lot, insert the discount parking voucher into the automated payment system. The discounted rate will then be shown as balance due.

Reservations must be canceled or modified at least 48 hours prior to arrival, by 6pm, to avoid a one night charge.
In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night's room rate will be charged.

Check- In Time: 4:00 PM

Check- Out Time: 11:00 AM

A deposit of 1st night's room and tax is charged at time of booking to the credit card or debit card used to reserve the room.

California Tourism Assessment Fee 0.3%
San Diego Tourism Marketing District Assessment 2%
Hotel Service Charge $15.00

The fee is in addition to the daily room rate and includes the following services: Access to fitness center, in-room Wi-Fi, local calls 800 calls, coffee, tea and decaf in room, Housekeeping Gratuity Fee Waived, Children 18 and under stay free in parents’ room.
