Finding the Truth in the Age of AI
How Artificial Intelligence Is Transforming Digital Evidence and Modern Investigations

Tuesday, October 20  |  9:00am – 10:00am

Artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing the nature of digital evidence and with it, the future of modern investigations.

From AI-generated content and deepfakes to synthetic identities, autonomous cybercrime, and increasingly sophisticated digital deception, investigators face a rapidly evolving landscape where determining what is authentic has never been more challenging. At the same time, AI is becoming one of the most powerful tools available to investigators, accelerating evidence analysis, uncovering hidden connections, improving investigative workflows, and enhancing investigative decision-making.

This keynote explores how AI is transforming both sides of the investigative equation, empowering criminals with new capabilities while equipping investigators with powerful new technologies to uncover the truth. Through compelling real-world examples and practical insights, attendees will discover how AI is reshaping digital evidence, influencing investigative strategies, and redefining trust in an era where seeing is no longer believing.

Whether supporting law enforcement, government agencies, corporate security teams, or legal organizations, attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of the opportunities, risks, and ethical considerations surrounding AI, as well as a forward-looking perspective on how digital investigations will continue to evolve in the years ahead.
