Robyn Shepard, Esq. is an experienced eDiscovery consultant, project manager, and licensed attorney with a strong foundation in digital forensics, data privacy, and cross-border compliance. She leads complex forensic and eDiscovery matters from collection through production, advising legal teams while ensuring alignment with international standards, including the EU-U.S., Swiss-U.S., and UK-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks. Robyn holds certifications in eDiscovery (CEDS), digital forensics, IT service management, and information security. She is an active member of The Sedona Conference Working Groups 1 and 13 (AI and the Law) and has presented nationally on metadata, AI, and legal technology—including at the inaugural WG13 meeting and the 2025 Women in eDiscovery Conference in Chicago. Prior to entering the eDiscovery field, Robyn worked in public defense, focusing on expert testimony and scientific evidence, and co-presented on probabilistic genotyping at the Wisconsin State Public Defender Annual Conference. Her earlier professional experience spans the medical device, hazardous materials, and retail analytics sectors. She earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School and studied abroad at Justus-Liebig University in Gießen, Germany.
