Monica Harris is a product and innovation leader specializing in artificial intelligence, legal technology, and the development of emerging technology solutions. As Senior Product Manager at the American Arbitration Association, she leads product strategy and development for AI-powered dispute resolution products, including the AI Arbitrator platform and Resolution Simulator. Her work brings together AI engineering, user research, legal expertise, product design, and business strategy to transform complex ideas into practical, responsible solutions. Before joining the American Arbitration Association, Monica founded Consult Harris Collective, where she advised organizations on product strategy, legal technology, innovation, and go-to-market execution and before founding her company she was a product leader for Cellebrite. Her broader career has positioned her at the intersection of law, technology, digital forensics, eDiscovery, and organizational transformation. Monica is an active leader in the legal technology community. She serves on the EDRM Global Advisory Council and the Techno Security West Advisory Board, is a former Regional Director for International Chapters of Women in eDiscovery and is a Past President of the ACEDS Washington, D.C. Chapter. She is also a frequent speaker and moderator at industry conferences, where she addresses artificial intelligence, innovation, digital evidence, dispute resolution, and the evolving relationship between technology and the law.
