Registered Patent Attorney Herbert Joe is a Board Certified Forensic Examiner with 5 degrees, including 3 science degrees (B.S., M.A., M.S. [Cybersecurity]) and 2 law degrees (J.D., LL.M.). In his forensic practice of 39 years, he has been involved in the forensic analyses of audio, acoustic, voice and video evidence, and has testified in state and federal courts in civil and criminal cases throughout the U.S., as well as overseas. In his law practice of 32 years, he is licensed in Texas since 1993, in Oklahoma since 1997, and passed the Patent Bar in 2002. His area of legal expertise is Intellectual Property law, where he is involved in most domestic and foreign aspects of patents, trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights. Mr. Joe has also testified as an expert in patent law in patent infringement cases.
