LE ONLY: From Towers to Testimony: Using Cellular Records in Investigations and Court
Abstract Proposal: Cellular records are a cornerstone of modern investigations, but their value depends on proper use, analysis, and clear presentation. This session covers how call detail records and cell site data should be used from investigation through prosecution. It also addresses how overcomplicating or overstating analysis creates challenges in court, and discusses who is best suited to interpret and testify to this data.
