Abstract Proposal: Phone records and device extractions cannot pinpoint user's REAL location, and they're sadly used as if they did. Forensic Radio Frequency Propagation Surveys (RFPS) are essential to memorialize signal footprints, which are often warped or diverted by environmental factors.
