As an investigator for 20 years, Vince has experience with Peel Regional Police Service and the RCMP. He has worked internationally on high profile, sensitive investigations in Canada, Europe, South America and throughout the United States. He has lectured to investigators on how to utilize OSINT, Deep and Dark Web intelligence in human trafficking investigations.
