Registered Patent Attorney Herbert Joe is a Board Certified Forensic Examiner with 5 degrees, including 3 science degrees (B.S., M.A., M.S. [Cybersecurity]) and 2 law degrees (J.D., LL.M.). He has been involved in the forensic analyses of audio, acoustic, voice and video evidence for the past 38 years, and has testified in state and federal courts in civil, criminal and administrative cases throughout the U.S., as well as overseas. His area of legal expertise is Intellectual Property law, where he is involved in most domestic and foreign aspects of patents, trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights. Mr. Joe has also testified as an expert witness in patent law in patent infringement cases. Representative clients include local, state and federal governmental agencies, public defenders and criminal defense attorneys, Fortune 100 companies and law firms across the U.S., as well as overseas. Mr. Joe is 15-year Fellow of the Society of Legal Scholars, a Fellow of the Texas Bar College, and an Adjunct Graduate Faculty (Law) member.
