Felipe (Phil) Chee is with the San Diego County District Attorney's Office as a Senior District Attorney Investigator (DAI) assigned to the regional cyber crimes task force known as CATCH. Felipe primarily works on computer and mobile forensic examinations and also conducts network intrusion investigations. He is a certified computer forensic examiner (IACIS CFCE and CMDE, SANS GCFE, GCFA and GIME) and volunteers as a peer review coach and instructor for the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialist (IACIS). Felipe retired from the military reserves as a commissioned officer and recent assignments included being an intel officer and subject matter expert for a mobile forensics program. He is also cross sworn as a task force officer with the U.S Secret Service and a member of the Cyber Fraud Task Force (CFTF) with the U.S. Secret Service.
