Advance Room Guarantee Policy

Rooms must be secured with a valid credit card, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 3 days in advance of arrival. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit may be charged immediately.

Early Departure Policy

Guests who check out prior to their reserved checkout date, will receive an early checkout fee equal to one-night room fee and tax. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes to reservation must be completed no later than 3 days in advance of arrival to avoid cancellation/change penalties.
